Questionnaires help you gather important information about your students' language learning background, goals, and preferences. This information is used to create personalized learning plans and better understand your students' needs.
Getting Started
Accessing Questionnaires
- Log in to your teacher account
- In the sidebar, go to Teaching → Student Questionnaires
- You'll see a list of all your questionnaires
Creating a New Questionnaire
Step-by-Step Creation
- Click the "Create Questionnaire" button
- Fill in the questionnaire details:
- Title: Give it a clear name (e.g., "Student Background Survey")
- Description: Explain the purpose
- Language: Select the target language
- Add questions using different types:
- Text: Open-ended responses
- Multiple Choice: Select one option
- Checkbox: Select multiple options
- Radio: Select one from a list
- Click "Create Questionnaire" to save

Text Questions
- Best for: Open-ended responses, detailed information
- Example: "What are your language learning goals?"
- Student sees: Text input box
Multiple Choice Questions
- Best for: Single selection from predefined options
- Example: "What is your current proficiency level?"

Checkbox Questions
- Best for: Multiple selections

Managing Questionnaires
Viewing Questionnaire Details
- Click on any questionnaire from your list
- You'll see:
- All questions
- Question types
- Number of responses
Editing a Questionnaire
- Open the questionnaire you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button
- Modify questions or add new ones
- Click "Save Changes"
- Note: Editing may affect existing responses
Viewing Responses
- Open a questionnaire
- Click "View Responses"
- See:
- Individual student responses
- Response date and time
- Summary statistics
- Export options
Deleting a Questionnaire
- Open the questionnaire you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button
- Confirm the deletion
- Note: This will delete all responses
