Overview

Pending Members shows all users who have been invited but haven't completed registration yet. Manage invitations and follow up with pending users.

Accessing Pending Members

  1. Log in with your admin account
  2. In the sidebar, go to Pending Members
  3. View all pending invitations

Understanding Pending Status

What Are Pending Members?

Users who:

  • Received an invitation email
  • Haven't clicked the signup link yet
  • Haven't completed registration
  • Haven't verified their email

Invitation Information

  • Email address
  • Role (Teacher/Student)
  • Invitation date
  • Days pending
  • Invitation status
  • Who sent the invitation

Managing Pending Invitations

Resending Invitations

  1. Find the pending member
  2. Click "Resend Invitation"
  3. New email is sent
  4. Invitation link refreshed
  5. Expiration date extended

Canceling Invitations

  1. Find the pending member
  2. Click "Cancel Invitation"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Invitation link becomes invalid
  5. Email removed from pending list

Editing Invitations

  • Change assigned role
  • Update email address
  • Modify initial permissions
  • Adjust course assignments

Following Up

When to Follow Up

  • After 3 days with no response
  • After 1 week
  • Before invitation expires
